WARNING: Error description from vSM:Some error has occurred.
HTTP 400 error normally referring to a bad request which cannot be understood by the server but seriously, we have no idea what the actual cause of this. So, I really appreciate if any of you could shed some light on where to look for so that I can avoid to uninstall vSM, module and etc as requested by.
p/s: Trend Micro guy told me that they never faced this problem before..

Nevermind, the problem has been solved now.
Actually, despite we uninstalled and reinstalled everything (vSM, module & etc) the problem was persistent. But then we noticed something on dvfilter IP. Change it to the correct one and everything can be registered and activated scucessfully.
Thanks
