hello everyone, i'm trying to upgrade the vcshb from 6.4 to 6.5 and i get an error message when the process starts
"Setup expected to find an existing installation.
However, it could not be found in the expected location This may have been caused by one of the following
1) Unsuccessfull or incomplete uninstallation on a previous occasion
2) Some files have been deleted manually
Please click OK to exit
Please click OK to exit"
The only option is to click on OK and no upgrade progress is made
I have also tried to manually uninstall it, but i get the same results
does anyone know how can i remove the previous version?
