I believe vCSHB can only protect local services and files.
In VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat Console, go to "Application" tab -> "File Filters", then click on "Add Inclusion Filter"
only local hard drive shows up (and network mapped drive does not show up).
Also in VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat Console, go to "Applications" tab -> "Services", then click on "Add" button,
only local (Windows) services show up. If a (third party) vCenter server plug-in is installed on a different server (than the vCenter Server),
then its services would not run locally on the vCenter Server machine (assuming vCSHB is installed on the same server as the vCenter server).
