vulnerabilities found in VMware vCenter Server Version 4.1.0 Build 345043

Hi Everyone,
      Our Security team found "Apache" vulnerabilities and advise that these vulnerabilities belong to  VMWare VCenter. Refrence links they give

Any advise will be much appreciated how to resolve these issues.Documents  will be helpful.

as noted in the KB, upgrading to the latest version of vCenter will resolve the issue.

yes, upgrading to 4.1U2 will resolve the issue as well.
