vilogger is lost in the VMA 5.0

It seems the vilogger is lost in the VMA 5.0.

Does the VMA 5.0 don't support the log collector?

Yes it appears that vilogger is gon but there is an alternative.

vSphere5 now has a syslog service that you can install as part of vSphere/vCenter this can save you logs to a drive directly on your vCenter server. I might suggest you also take a look at that.

But the vmkernel log are not collected using the syslog collector in the vcenter server.
