Hi.
After migrating my vCenter database from sql express too a sql server vm running other databases I did rerun the setup and point too new DSN. And got the following error:
The selected DSN points to a SQL Server instance with a case-sensitive collation, witch is unsupported by vCenter Server.
So I went to the new SQL server, select options for the vcenter database and changed the collation to one there is "CI"
But the installer still fails.
I can't change collation on the SQL instance because its running other databases witch requres "CS".
Is there any other workarrounds then installing a new instance of the sql server?
