R u migrating from 6.7 Windows to VCSA 7.0 ?

If yes please share  pgpass.conf   from    C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\postgresql\pgpass.conf

Default time out is 900seconds and increasing it will not help as it would have failed due t o some other reason.

Its useless because u r not taking time to read the complete details  . That update was never the solution..

Already I told this """Default time out is 900seconds and increasing it will not help as it would have failed due to some other reason."""
