vcenter 5.1 cannot connect with https://<FQDN>:443/sdk

I installed vCenter Server 5.1.0a but, when I log on vSphere Web Client, show an error: cannot connect with https://<FQDN>:443/sdk. Then, Managment don´t show any vCenter Server

Could you help me?

Are you able to logon to vcenter using vsphere client? First I would check, if vmware services on vcenter box are really started.

Yes, all service started and with vsphere client, cannot connect
