vSwitch shows same VM twice and two MAC addresses - but only one VM exist?

I am running vSphere 5.5 I created a Windows 2012 Server VM with some basic configuration settings.

I installed the default OS without the GUI . OS installed and I logged into the VM.

I then decided to blow away that VM and install the version with the GUI.

Second install worked fine.

However, if I open the vSphere Web Client and go to Networking,

Under the Virtual Switches, I see the VM listed twice each with a diffrent MAC addresses?

Is there a way to reset the VM so only one MAC address is assigned to the Windows 2012 Server VM?

thanks

I see the issue....

I added a second vNIC to the VM and that must add a unique MAC address.

This shows up in the Web Client, but not in the traditional client
