vStorage queue question - vCenter 2.5U5/ESX3.5U4 - is vStorage operation queue configurable? or set to 3?
I have observed vStorage operations to begin up to 3 concurrent jobs and then queue up any vStorage requests thereafter. Also observed, when a vStorage job is completed, the unstarted job in the queue doesn't queue up promptly and begin. I am using the vStorage plugin.
Is this normal behavior? Is it configurable? What are the gotchas if concurrent jobs are increased? Is this a vCenter throttle or something else? Can you reference documentation on this?
