vSphere Client memory usage

v4.0, build 208111. Curious what kind of memory usage folks are seeing for VpxClient.exe? Mine often soars well above 700 MB when left running for a while. Obviously plug-ins add memory usage (besides the basics, I regularly have Converter 4.1.1, VUM 4.0.0.3971, and EMC Storage Viewer 2.1 enabled), but each operation (performance tab, console, pretty much anything) seems to increase memory usage without ever giving back. Wondering if this is normal, if my plug-ins are the bulk of the leakage, or if this build has a severe memory leak. I don't recall the behavior in previous vSphere Client builds being so extreme...

Yeah that looks about right. But that's VIRTUAL size (dll's, kernel, paging, etc..) Those are not physical RAM usage, physical RAM is more like 400Meg. It's not all that high.

It does seem to be a hog, but it's not that bad.

Good point, thanks: I'm talking physical memory, which is why it's so astounding...
