So built a brand spankin new environment and I have both VM's vcenter (Server 2012 R2) and platform services Server 2012 R2). I'm trying to follow these instructions....

vSphere 6.0 Documentation Center

but when I try to go to the URL its tells me to go to "https://psc_hostname_or_IP/psc" I get this...

description The requested resource is not available.

VMware vFabric tc Runtime 2.9.7.RELEASE/7.0.55.A.RELEASE

Why am I doing this? Because when I go to my vCenters web client I get this....

Your installation are on a drive other than C: ? If yes, not sure if you're affected by the same problem, but I already get this problem with vSphere Web Client on 5.5 version, see: VMware KB: Connecting to VMware vSphere Web Client fails with the error: HTTP Status 404

Any resolution to this?  I just upgrade my 6.0u1 PSC Virtual appliance and getting same error.

Support pointed me to: VMware KB: Configuring CA signed SSL certificates for the Inventory service in vCenter Server 5.5 and did not find much help in it.

Would love to know if this was resolved.

I go to https://psc_hostname_or_IP/psc after upgrade and see initializing setup, green check box and redirect to that page with the 404 error.

It might just be worth checking the version of the PSC you have deployed. The web client to manage the PSC was only brought in in version 6.0U1. Any version prior to this will give the same 404 as you are seeing.

If you are using the appliance you can grep /var/log/firstboot for any errors related to the installation of an rpm with psc in its name (vmware-psc-client... from memory), if you can't find any references to it then it is highly likely that you are not running the right version or did not choose to install an embedded or external PSC.

I finally called VMware and they said I need to go to 6.0 U1 as the feature that I am trying to get to is not in my build number.

I need to coordinate the upgrade and I will report back.

Thanks
