vDS and new dvPortGroup

I need to create a new dvPortgroup on the dvSwitch for a new subnet vlan.   How do I accomplish this?   I know how to do it with a standard switch but never done it on a distributed switch.

In your vCenter, go to Home -> Networking -> select the vDS where do you want create the port group and click on New Port Group at Summary tab.

Thanks.  I was able to setup the dvPortGroup and I have the VM assigned to the vlan and it shows up in the dvPortGroup.  All looks right but the VM doesn't connect to the domain.  I moved the vlan setting to another one and it works fine.   As I said, this is a new subnet.   Is there anything I could have missed before I go back to our network folks to make sure the vlan configuration on the switch is ok?

You need ask the network team if physical switch port where the ESXi host are connected are configured as trunk port (or tagged port), that will allow traffic from different VLANs.
