Can I install vCenter with Oracle 11g R1 64 bits on Windows 2008 Server Standard 64 Bits?
In matrix compliance, only write Oracle 11g (but nothing about 32 or 64 bits)

yes, you can use Oracle 11g 64-bit for installation of vCenter 4.0.

But you should make sure that you use 32 bit DSN for vCenter installation.
