vCenter web access not allowing me to generate shortcuts

Hey guys,

This is the first time I have been looking at this.
I log into vCenter Web Access with my credentials (I have admin rights in vcenter) and I get to see my inventory.
The right hand side returns info as expected for all objects (Datacenters, folders) but when I click on a VM the right hand side is blank.
I would have expected to see the summary tab as this is where I would generate my shortcuts but nothing there at all.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Hello,

Are you trying to access the vCenter through a vSphere Client installed on the vCenter server or a remote PC?

Is this issue happening on the summary tab only?

Web Access, that would mean a web browser from remote PC.

Turns out it is a Firefox issue
