vCenter setup and config

I need some help with my installation and setup of vCenter 6.7 in ESXi 6.7. I worked through Stage 1 and need to begin Stage 2. How do I access vCenter to continue? Do I use the internet on my workstation or do I use a workstation from within ESXi, a VM?

From the browser of a computer of the same Lan of the vcenter, write "https: // your-ip-vcenter: 5480" and offers you the second phase of the installation

i checked on the network but the ip could nolt be found. Is the anything I can do to troubleshoot or refresh the ip? I also have an OVM version that I can't find online either.
