I had like 5 VM's moving to different LUNs and the vCenter service crashed.
Will the svmotion continue in the background? I don't see any reference to the Vm's in the Tasks pane.
Yes - once vCenter initiates the process, its managed by the hosts themselves.
You can check the vmware.log to see where the VM is running.
