Hi all,
We want to redesign our vCenter topology on all our sites, and I have a few questions for you, in order to design the best architecture.
Currently, we have 8 different vCenter Servers (on different versions from 5.5 to 6.0U1, Windows based, and VCSA) in 8 different sites (worldwide).
Only 1 of the sites (in the US) has connection to all the other sites (in Europe and US). All other sites can't communicate between each other.
We want to have a single point of management for all the vCenter Servers for the ease of management..
From my understanding, what we will have to do is:
1. Upgrade all vCenter Servers to 6.0 U2 with an external PSC.
2. Connect all PSCs in Enhanced Linked Mode.
So these are my questions:
1. Can I just upgrade all the vCenter servers to 6.0 U2, and only then connect all PSCs to the same SSO Domain?
2. What is the best way to create a single point of management for all these vCenter servers?
Thanks!
