vCenter User creation using API

hi - my requirement is to create a vCenter user with the predefined roles using API  can someone help to understand on what are the API calls to use?

Refer https://github.com/vmware/pyvmomi/issues/679 to now more options.

There is an ansible module to do it as well. But I have not tested it. I will test and let you know.
