vCenter Service stops even though it's set to start automatically

I have a vCenter Server that when rebooted, the vCenter Service Stops and does not restart. It's set to start automatically...

Where do I look?

The vpxd*.log file may indicate the source of the issue. It's usually related to either the DB or ADAM if you're using vSphere.
