vCenter Server permissions from 2 AD sources

Hi

I am looking for some help on how to do the following please.

We have a rack full of blade servers. On these blades we have two separate Lab environments. We have a single physical server we want to use as the vCenter server to manage these two lab environments. The people who manage these environments are from two separate AD domains. (There is not trust between the domains.) I want to be able to specify groups and users in the different domains to manage the different labs in vCenter (each lab is associated with only one AD domain). We do not have funds to purchase additional vCenter licenses. (We are using vCenter Server Standard).

What would be the best way to achieve this?

Thanks

Look here on how they are doing it today (with a trust): http://communities.vmware.com/thread/251240?tstart=0

As far as I know the trust is needed.
