vCenter Server Appliance 6.0 - updating hardware status not working

Hello everyone,

I have problem with updating Hardware Data on vCenter Server Appliance 6.0 on all hosts.

When I click on Update I get error message: "The "Updating hardware data..." operation failed for the entity with the following error message. An error occurred while trying to communicate with the remote service. See the server logs for details."

I've checked some similar topics but none of them helped:

- restart the hosts

- restarts server appliance

- restart CIM server

I've also checked the user priviliges.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

What type of hosts are these (make and model) and what ESXi image did you use to install them?

It's running on servers HP DL380 Gen9, ESXi version 6.0.0.
