vCenter Server 4.1 U1 Installation on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 x64 does not work

My vCenter Server Installation in my test environment failed with the following error :

I could not find any article yet. Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 x64 is supported as a virtual machine but not to host virtual Center Server?

Please help... Smiley Happy

Hello.

Is this Windows 2008 R2 SP1 server a domain controller or already running ADAM?  That can be the cause of this message.

I demoted the server to a none domain Controller and voila it works.. thx Smiley Happy
