vCenter SSO 5.1 Identity Resource

Hi All,

Is there any way for me to add the domain name directly as the primary and secondary server URL? like if abc.com is my domain name and x.abc.com and y.abc.com are my domain controllers. Can I add abc.com as my primary and secondary URL for the identity resource abc.com?

I'm using vSphere 5.1 U1c.

Cheers,

Muthu

Why not use x.abc.com and y.abc.com? That will actually serve the purpose of having two domains for failover.

Hi Abhilash, Thanks for the response.

we have around 8 domain controllers serving different purposes. So just wanted to be on the safer side, I'm planning to provide the domain FQDN name instead of giving DC server names. Could you please advise??
