After a fresh installation i receive the following message with the performance overview:
Exception in thread "pool-46-thread-2" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space
Restarting the web service on the vCenter host solves the problem but after a few days the same message appears, how can i fix this issue?

have you tried to run a modify on the vCenter Server install and uninstall the Virtual Center Web Access piece and then install it again?
No i didn't, the server is used in a production site so i prefer not to remove the software and reinstall it when there is hopefully an other way to solve the issue.
you are not removing the software you are just uninstalling the web access piece and re-installing it. It will have no impact on any guest or host. During the period of of working on the web access, no one will be able to connect to your instance via the web ui.
