vCenter Login form greyed out

Hi guys,

I just got an error like this: I have a vCenter 6.0 on Windows and I want to upgrade it to latest version 7.0 so I migrated it to VCSA 6.7. The migration was successful and no errors occurred. But when I access to vCenter, the login form, username/password input element are greyed out, can not type anything.

I can still log in successful Appliance management interface with url https://vcenteraddress:5480, Everything seems to be working fine.

How can I access to my vcenter?

Thanks so much.

The {code} area of VMTN is for SDK matters, I've reported your thread to notify moderators to move it to a more appropriate area.

Have you tried using a different browser to login? Maybe your browser cached the  previous sessions and credentials.

Also, the screenshot you shared shows vRA not vCenter.

Hi niyijr thanks so much for your help.

I tried access with Firefox, Chrome, IE, EDGE but it the result is the same.

I'm sure this monitor is vcenter. because before, my friend installed vRA and integrated it with vCenter, and since vCenter v6.0 it always shows like that. Attached screenshot of my vCenter 6.0 on Windows.

vcenter 6.0

I tried to remove vRA plugin in vCenter, but can not see it in ExtensionManager:

Is the H5 client also giving the same issue?  try with HTML client using URL  https://<VCIP or fqdn>/ui
