vCenter Linked Mode Licensing?

So, we bought SRM for 200 VMs but for some reason my boss didn't buy a 2nd vcenter license.  I'm shocked that vmware even sold us SRM without a 2nd vcenter license.

So, I setup 2 vcenters using the same license in linked mode.  In licensing it shows -1 licenses available now.

My boss said we'll true up and get a 2nd license towards the end of the year. 

My question is will vcenter stop working or anything after 60 days or something with 2 vcenters using the same license?

the second vcenter will not work after 60 days. the only way would be trying to setup a new vcenter after the trial or if you local rep is cool enough they might give you an extended trial key.
