vCenter Authentication Error

Hi Team, receiving below error while authentication in Webclient/c# respectively. Can anyone throw some lights on what is wrong?

Does the SSO login happens through Active Directory user authentication or normal Windows user authentication ?

Thank you for your response. But we have rebooted base server as we cannot afford too much time without VC. Post reboot services are running as expected. Suspect patching mechanism. Will take it up internally.
