vCenter 5 host profiles

have environment mixed with ESX4.1 and 5.0 hosts.  vCenter was upgraded to 5.   Have introduced 2 ESXi5 hosts.  First ESXi5 host used as template for host profile used to check compliance on second ESXi5 host.   However, got errors related to local disk noncompliance state.   Confused.  Has anyone encountered this?

Did you use the host profile to deploy the second host? How are you local disks configured?

Did not use host profile to "deploy" the esxi5 host.  Created it from media then setup networking , added to vDS and finally performed Host Compliance check

Local disks are configured Non-SSD and both hosts have identical size drives
