vCenter 4 to 4.1 upgrade and N1k

N1k is installed in a vCenter 4 environment.  Any best practise to migrate to vCenter 4.1, changing OS from W2003 to W2008 R2.

e.g. what about extension key and N1k plugin installation ? will this be migrated as well ?

using the well know migration tools ?

Having worked on a couple of 1000V implementations I would give you this advice; log a consultation request with VMware to give you a hand.
