vCenter 4 Update 2 is there a way to just apply the update?

Is there a way to just apply Update 2 to an existing VC server? I download the vCenter 4 Update 2 that was released on 6/10/2010. When I run it, the only option that comes up is "Uninstall Virtual Center". Do I really have to do an uninstall and re-install?

if the installer is asking for an uninstall of the previous version, then proceed. All your information is stored in your DB, so just ensure you have a good backup.

Also, I would turn DRS to 5 stars if you have it fully automated. During the vpx agent upgrade process sometimes DRS will start shuffling things around. Once all agents have been upgraded, i usually enable DRS again.

I was hoping that there was just an Update 2 patch I could download and apply. I guess not though.
