unable to view performances over a week

My vSphere Client is version 4.1.  I am unable to view VM performances greater than one week in the Advanced optoion.

In the Summary screen, I have no issue viewing performances greater that one week.

Is there a setting or switch that needs to be turned on to enable this option

Tks

are all your rollup jobs working as expected? What is the error, if any, you get when trying to view performance stats?  If using SQL as your vCenter DB, ensure the SQL agent is running.

The message I get is "Performance Data is currently not available for this entity".  The DB is SQL and the agent is running.

You look at trying a couple things. Since you can't see historical charts anyway, you may want to look at disconnecting, then removing an ESX Host from vCenter.  From there add it back.  Once added back, check the performance charts.  You may not be able to get historical data, but there error may go away and be fine going forward.

....and a little more extreme, but worth a try, recreate the rollup jobs
