From the vCenter Server machine:

- Can you ping the ESX?

- Can you connect to it using the vSphere Client?

Sounds like either a networking issue or a firewall between vCenter and the ESX host.  If this is a default windows build for vCenter, turn the firewall off to see if that's contributing to the problem.

yes, i can ping ESXi host from Vcenter server and also i can open host through Vsphere client.

actually

I found that issue. The issue is connectivity problem between the particular host and Vcenter Server

Can’t ping Vcenter Server from Particular ESXi host via  CLI mode. But I can ping Vcenter server from local and also from other hosts.

Connectivity is reachable from this host to other host where Vcenter installed. But not reachable to Vcenter

If they are on the same subnet, check your subnet mask. That will usually be the issue.
