template greyed out in VC 2.0.1

I have one template using SLES 9/sp3.. Suddenly I can't deploy virtual machine anymore using this template.. it i grayed out..

Checked in vmfs and the actual vmdk is still there..

I have ESX 2.5.3 and VC 2.0.1

Delete it from inventory (NO FROM DISK) and add it agin.
