On vCenter 6.7 when I reboot I have to restart the statsmonitor service every time, what is the fix for this ?

I have a case open since the end of november last year, this problem should be fixed in the U3 release of the VCSA, but here it isn't.
The workaround of the above KB is working, but must be done each time a update is installed.
