i recently enabled Log browser and am running into an issue. when i click retrieve now i get an error that reads "no support bundle generated". Am I missing a configuration step?
Hope you follow this URL for enable log browser.
Make sure have administrative privileges on VCSA also check the service "VMware Service Lifecycle Manager API service" is running.
If all above is fine suggest to restart VC or restart VC services and check.
