quiesced snapshot

Dear All,

I'm using the VMware option for Backup Exec 2010. After using the trial period to test it, I bought it. Last night I wanted to use it to backup a file server, about 500GB of data.and two other application server.

I have received today this error msg in Vcenter for 3 VMs.

"Cannot create a quiesced snapshot because the create snapshot operation exceeded the time limit for holding off I/O in the frozen virtual machines"

I'm wondering where can I change the time limit?

Totally I was backing up 7 VM server and 3 failed with the msg

I have resolved it - the problem was there was not enought space left on the datastore for a snapshot. Thanks to the kb article I tried a simple snapshot and it failed.

Sometimes the resolution is so easy.
