what is the power management policy. some people says power management must be high . Also i am using hp server and there are power management policy in hp server. this is same policy ? if i change power management policy to high on vcenter then hp power management policy will change automaticly or i must change both ? how i make a true design

Brief summary is that with an HPE server if you set the HP Power Profile to Custom and the HP Power Regulator to OS Control Mode then you can control the servers Power Management settings from within vCenter - most recommendations tend to have you just set the power settings to Maximum Performance and then use Distributed Power Management to shut down idle hosts to "save" power :
