oracle privileges and vcenter

Hi friends

by default our dbas wont give us the following privileges:

create view

create procedure

create sequence

create table

are those privileges used ONLY on installation or those privileges need to be permanent??

You can revoke all these "create" permissions after the installaton. This permission are required only for installation , after installation vCenter server requires only a "read/write" level permissions.
