not enough licenses installed

Hello.

We have installed ESX on one server (ip 192.168.60.7), VCB proxy, VirtualCenter and VMware License Server on other server (ip 192.168.60.8).

Also we have server-based the file of the licence gathered by means of the wizard on a vmware's web site.

License File Checker at file check returns the answer:

On configuration page of ESX, in section of licences the server of licences 192.168.60.8, and type of licence ESX Server Foundation is specified. VirtualCenter some time was used as the evaluate version, but already expired.

Now I incorporate with VirtualCenter through VI Client, I select Administration-> VirtualCenter Manager Server Configuration-> License Server, I uncheck from Evaluate, I leave selected item "Use licence services on this VirtualCenter server", VirtualCenter server edition I select VirtualCenter Foundation Management, press OK and receive an error "There are not enough licences installed to perform the operation".

What it is necessary to make that VC has seen the licence on server?
