moving from a failed ESXi Server to another

Hi, we have two ESXi server with 5 VM with same configuration and planned to move from a failed ESXi to other ESXi . how can I fulfill this plan and how can i configure vCenter to automatically switch from failed ESXi sever to healthy ESXi server . it is need to say all installed VMs and  applications are same on  2 ESXi .

Are the 2 ESXi fully functional at this time?

Are you planning on automatically moving VMs from one ESXi host to another in case one failed?

Are all the VMs in one Host or distributed in both?

What do you mean by failed? - Do you have shared storage ?
