Is there a way to migraste from windows vcenter 6.7 with external psc to a vcsa 6.7 appliance using embedded psc?
I ran the migrastion assistant and it ays 6.7 to 6.7 not supported
Yep, It's not supported, you cannot do that.

There is no way to migrate vCenter within the same version.
You need to wait for the next major release to migrate to VCSA and this option is only available during Upgrade.

You need to move out the Horizon out the vCenter box as the migration shuts down the source vCenter.
