Dear sir
i have a windows vcenter version 6.0 on physical Server and i want migrate it to vCenter Server Appliance 6.0 on Virtual machine.
I searched and found the link below :
https://blogs.vmware.com/vsphere/2016/09/vcenter-server-migration-tool-vsphere-6-0-update-2m.html
But this link is related to Migrate version 5.5 to 6 and is mentioned in a part of the link :
If you are currently on Windows vCenter Sever 6.0 and looking to get to the vCenter Server Appliance stay tuned!
My question is, can I do this according to this tutorial? Or should I follow some considerations and follow another instruction?
Is it possible to Migrate Windows Vcenter to vCenter Server Appliance as same version?

No, a migration is only possible to a higher (supported) version.

Dear Andre
What is the possible solution and how can I do this?
How can I convert a Windows vcenter Server from a physical server to an Appliance vcenter Server on a virtual machine?
As mentioned earlier it is not possible to perform a "horizontal" migration of a vCenter Server installation on Windows to a vCenter Server Appliance. if you want to migrate your vCenter Server installation on Windows to vCSA you need to migrate to higher version.
PS: Install a fresh vCSA is an option if you want to stay on this version but you lose all of your configurations, tasks and events! And if you want to stick on this version but also want to get rid of your physical machine you can migrate your Windows vCenter Server to a different host machine by means of this KB:
https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/5850444
Migrate to VCSA 6.5 .(This will shutdown the windows box) . If you want to re-use the physical box then re-ip and change FQDN.
Dear AJ
I can not migrate to a higher version, because there are currently Host with ESXI version 5.5 in the system that vcenter 6.5 is not support them.
I'm looking for a solution to convert a windows vcenter version 6 on a physical server to an appliance vcenter version 6.0 on a virtual machine.
If you have a solution, thank you for guiding me

>>> vCenter Server 6.5 can manage ESXi version 5.5 or 6.0 hosts in the same cluster with ESXi 6.5 hostsvCenter Server 6.5 cannot manage ESXi 5.1 or earlier hosts.
