manage plugin

I will want manage plugins, but I have blank list in windows "manage plugins". Zero plugins. Why?

My vCenter: 2.5 Update 4 (without update manager, converter).

So you installed both VUM and the converter plugin? If so, try closing the VIC and opening it again, the plugins may show up in the Available window.
