log virtual center console vm access

hi

due to privacy laws i need to log all access to virtual machines console made throught the virtual infrastructure client .

so i need to log (and save it for six month) all events of kind

User logged event: Remote console on virtual machine name connected .... type user ...time .... task ...and users ...

is there a way ?

i have to manually go to virtual center db?

thanks

You can view the VI client log file located in "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\VMware\vpx". And you can turn on verbose logging by starting your VI client with these options "VpxClient.exe -log +sd" - the location of the log file is the same.

Hope this helps
