licens and installation

If I have a server with 2 processor xeon 64bit 6-core and I purchased a licens 'VMware vCenter Server 4 Standard for vSphere'.

which problem I could have with installation and management to host esxi installed on the server with 2 processor 6-core ?

You still need to license your ESXi otherwise, you will not able to manage the ESXi hosts
