vpx is just the vcenter only. you need to follow the KB and look at the file for example:

Info NODE Tue Nov  6 14:02:06 2007
By: FT/Agent on Node: servername3
MESSAGE: Agent on servername1 has stopped

You can also disable HA on the cluster and then enable it back.  That should reconfigure it.

I have found a solution for this.

Solution:

1)      Using the VI Client connect to the VirtualCenter Server

2)      Right Click the Cluster Name

a.       Select Edit Settings

b.      Uncheck Enable VMWare HA

c.       Click OK

d.      Wait as the HA services are stopped and removed from the ESX Hosts

3)      Right Click the Cluster Name

a.       Select Edit Settings

b.      Check Enable VMWare HA

c.       Click OK

d.      Wait as the HA services are added and started to the ESX Hosts

===============

How to i verify that HA agent is running on all the ESX servers in the clusters?
