how to set an alarm triggered from a sustained CPU %?

Is there a way to set an alarm so that an email action is triggered only after a threshold level has been sustained for a certain amount of time? Specifically, we would like an alarm emailed if a VM CPU sustains >90% usage for 5 minutes. We would rather not see an email alarm for a brief spike in CPU usage, which is what we are seeing currently.

In alarm definition / trigges tab you can set the lenght time.

But only on vCenter Server 4.0
