Do you have any firewalls in place which block port 902?

In this case there seems to be an issue with the name resolution on your client. Make sure the client can resolve the VM's FQDN.

This is a problem of name resolution.So, the console MKS(MKS = Mouse, Keyboard, Screen) was not able to be connected to, and you were not able to see the vm's console, until you updated name resolution.
