how to rename or delete psc/vcsa

I got a psc/vcsa pair thaty i want to delete from vcenter. I need to rename it but I heard it cannot be renamed. how do i dedomission a psc/vcsa and redeploy a new one with new name?

If the FQDN is wrong or sometime it wont take the IP and it will show the error as

“Leave federation cleanup failed. Error[13] – Confidentiality required.”
